At US Global Cart, we provide package forwarding and international shipping services to connect global customers with U.S. stores. While we facilitate the purchasing and shipping process, we do not assume responsibility for the quality, condition, or accuracy of the products purchased on behalf of or by the client. By using our services, the client agrees to the following return and refund policy:
1. Client Responsibility for Product Selection
- US Global Cart acts as a facilitator for purchasing and shipping goods. The client is solely responsible for selecting products, verifying their specifications, and ensuring their suitability before purchase.
- Any dissatisfaction with the product(s), including but not limited to defects, incorrect items, or unmet expectations, must be resolved directly with the retailer from which the item was purchased.
2. No Liability for Product Issues
- US Global Cart does not manufacture, inspect, or validate the authenticity or quality of the products purchased. Therefore, we are not liable for:
- Defective or damaged items.
- Items that do not meet the client’s expectations.
- Incorrect or incomplete shipments made by the retailer.
3. Return Process
- If the client wishes to return a product:
- The client must contact the retailer directly to initiate the return process.
- Any return policies, fees, or restrictions imposed by the retailer will apply.
- The client is responsible for all return shipping costs, including the cost of sending the item back to the U.S. retailer if required.
4. Fees for Return Assistance
- If the client requests US Global Cart to facilitate the return:
- A handling fee of $15 per package will be charged in addition to any shipping costs.
- Clients must provide the necessary return authorization from the retailer before we process the return.
5. No Refunds for Shipping or Service Fees
- All shipping and service fees paid to US Global Cart are non-refundable, including:
- Package forwarding fees.
- Consolidation fees.
- International shipping costs.
6. Disputes with Retailers
- Any disputes regarding product returns, refunds, or exchanges must be resolved directly between the client and the retailer. US Global Cart is not responsible for mediating or resolving such disputes.
7. Non-Returnable Items
- Items that are classified as non-returnable by the retailer cannot be returned under any circumstances. It is the client’s responsibility to review the retailer’s return policy before purchase.
Acknowledgment
By using US Global Cart’s services, the client acknowledges and agrees to this return policy and accepts full responsibility for any issues related to the products purchased.
